The Greater Hartford W and Q Center, located in Room 303 of the Undergraduate Building, offers peer and professional tutoring in Writing, Math, Accounting, and Statistics, Monday-Friday.  The Center offers a peaceful study environment where undergraduate and graduate students can work with tutors who take a collaborative, student-directed approach to learning. 

Students of all proficiency levels and at all stages in their academic careers use the Center as a place to participate in the same kind of collegial intellectual engagement that characterizes academic work throughout the university.

Sign-up for appointments is available outside the W and Q Center.  We strongly recommend making appointments ahead of time, as drop-ins are not guaranteed appointments. 

Some students may wish to schedule standing appointments with the same tutor every week.  To inquire about standing appointments or for other information, contact Wendy Pfrenger at 570-9237 or wendy.pfrenger@uconn.edu.
